Most importantly, this is a space to build lifelong habits, strengthen your mindset, and stay motivated to turn these important years into a powerful foundation for your future.

After traveling to more than 80 countries and living in different parts of the world as a professional tennis player and a model, Barbara got her BA in Political Science & Governance.

During her BA studies, she was introduced to the horrible reality of modern slavery, and she decided to get her MA in Human Rights Law and become a NICCS-certified anti-trafficking investigator to start her quest to raise awareness for human trafficking.

Barbara's commitment to human rights extends beyond awareness-raising. After seeing the world and extending her training, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future generation by mentoring youth over a decade in various organizations across Uganda, Chile, Estonia, and the United States.

Through her years of working with youth, she came to a powerful realization: low self-esteem is often at the root of many negative experiences in the lives of teens and young adults.

In response, she created The Confidence Code—a practical, empowering framework designed to help young people build lasting self-confidence. This foundation not only helps protect them from harm but also equips them to create a successful, fulfilling future.
